They are supported by a diploma holder in legal economics (Diplom-Wirtschaftsjuristin), six certified notarial specialists (Notariatsfachwirtinnen) and a large team of further notarial and legal assistants. Due to the high level of experience and degree of professional qualification of our partners and staff, we are constantly entrusted with advising and notarizing domestic and international transactions of all magnitudes.<\/p>\n

We are well aware of the requirements of business life and its challenges, and we are service providers by conviction. Last but not least, this includes making ourselves available for our professional activities at all times. The organization of our firm ensures that we are in a position to provide assistance to our clients at any desired time. Due to the size and infrastructure of our office we are able to ensure that notarial matters of any scope are dealt with quickly and efficiently.<\/p>\n

We regard it as our foremost task to turn the economic outcomes desired by the parties into solutions that are as legally sound as they are geared towards practical needs in all areas of business life. Our work requires outstanding legal skills, documented by a substantial number of publications, as well as entrepreneurial thinking based on a well-founded understanding of economics.<\/p>\n

Supplemental to notarizing transactions, it is important to us to attend and advise our clients in organizing their personal circumstances, in particular in the areas of corporate succession in mid-sized businesses, of estates and gifts law and of matrimonial property law.<\/p>\n

In addition to our notarial assignments, we render personal legal advice to select clients and hold advisory and supervisory board seats in our regular areas of activity.<\/p>\n

We are also glad to make our many years of experience available for the execution of wills as well as for the establishment and administration of charitable foundations.<\/p>\n
